86-.102073 86- VOMD98 RELEASE OF MORTGAGE -- Corporation IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt: named therein, CITY NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, HASTINGS, NEBRASKA, hereby releases mortgages made to it by DeMET HARMON with respect to all real estate described in said mortgages, including but not limited to the following described real estate, to- wit: The Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty -six, Township. Nine North, Range Nine West of the 5th P.N., Hall County, Nebraska. The said mortgages being released were previously filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on February 18, 1977 as Instrument No. 77- 000827, on September 25, 1981 as instrument No. 81- 004876, and on May 17, 1983 as Instrument No. 83- 002449. This release supplements the releases previously filed on October 24, 1985 as Instrument Nos. 85- 005334, 85- 005335 and 85- 005334 and further specifically releases the notice filed by City National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska on January 27, 1986 and filed as Instrument No. 86- 100413.
