86-- 10207 <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Federal National <br />Mortgage Association, is Plaintiff, and Benjamin R. Olson and <br />Julie A. Olson, husband and wife, et al., are Defendants, the <br />object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the <br />Defendants, Benjamin R. Olson and Julie A. Olson, husband and <br />wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain Mortgage <br />executed by Benjamin R. Olson and Julie A. Olson, husband and <br />wife, to Superior Mortgage, Inc., dated February 28, 1983, and <br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on February 28, 1983, as Document No. 83- 000976, which <br />Mortgage was assigned to Federal National Mortgage Association on <br />March 4, 1103, and recorded in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 9, 1983, as Document No. <br />83-001134, wherein Benjamin R. Olson and Julie A. Olson, husband <br />and wife, conveyed to Plaintiff the following described real <br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Thirty One (31), in Castle Estates Subdivision, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Mortgage and to have the same <br />declared a lien on the interest of Benjamin R. Olson and Julie A. <br />Olson, husband and wife, and the real estate and appurtenances <br />thereto, to have the real estate and appurtenances sold to <br />satisfy the amount so found due together with the costs of suit, <br />and to foreclose the Defendant of all right, title, interest, <br />lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption whatever in and to <br />the real estate and appurtenances thereto, together with such <br />other and further relief as the Court may deem just and <br />equitable. <br />FEDERAL.
