<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />You are hereby notified that on April 18, 1986, The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, Plaintiff,
<br />filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />against Paul M. Clark; Sharon L. Clark Bennett and Wayne Bennett,
<br />her husband; Delores Bromwich; Ramond Velasco; Raymond Ayala;
<br />and Lorrie Daniel, Defendants, the object and prayer of which is
<br />to foreclose real estate mortgages on the following- described real
<br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1) in Block Twelve (12) in Packer
<br />& Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />one given. by Defendants Paul M. Clark and Sharon L. Clark Bennett
<br />on or about June 30, 1978, to the above -named Plaintiff, and that
<br />said Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 78- 004160; one
<br />given by Defendants Paul M. Clark and Sharon L. Clark Bennett,
<br />to Avco Financial Services International, Inc., and that said
<br />Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 80- 000430, and assigned
<br />by Avco Financial Services International, Inc. on April 28, 1983,
<br />which Assignment was recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83- 002096; and
<br />one given by Defendant Sharon L. Clark Bennett on or about July
<br />28, 1981, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 81- 003869.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on the first Bond and
<br />Mortgage given by Defendants Paul M. Clark and Sharon L. Clark
<br />Bennett the sum of $26,674.18, including interest computed to and
<br />including April 30, 1986, and with interest accruing at the rate
<br />of $5.29 per day commencing May 1, 1986; that there is now due
<br />on the second :Vote and Mortgage given by Defendants Paul M. Clark
<br />and Sharon L. Clark Bennett the sum of $4,526.80, including interest
<br />computed to and including April 30, 1986, and with interest accruing
<br />at the rate of $1.40 per day commencing May 1, 1986; and that there
<br />is now due on the third Bond and Mortgage given by Defendant Sharon
<br />L. Clark Bennett the sum of $9,585.08, including interest computed
<br />to and including April 30, 1966, and with interest accruing at the
<br />rate of $3.12 per day commencing May 1, 1986, and for additional
<br />costs and other advances necessary to protect the real estate
<br />security during these proceedings, and praying for the sale of
<br />the real estate above described to satisfy the amounts found due
<br />on its Bonds, Note and Mortgages, interest and costs.
