MORTGAGE RIDER <br />BB-- 101929 <br />Notwithstanding any other provisions contained herein, <br />Mortgagee and /or other noteholder shall not accelerate or cause <br />to be accelerated the repayment of the debt secured by this <br />Mortgage for failure of the Mortgagor to pay monthly FHA mortgage <br />insurance premiums.
