86-1 101891 <br />AMENDMENT TO GENERAL PRIVATE EASEMENT <br />As used herein the following words and terms mean: <br />Grantor means: Millard Warehouse, Grand Island, a <br />general partnership. <br />Grantee means: Grand Island Industrial Foundation, a <br />corporation. <br />General Private Easement means: The document of that <br />name which is recorded as document no. 84- 005195 in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Real Estate means: That Part of the South Half (S') of <br />Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M. in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described on the Exhibit <br />"X" to the General Private Easement. <br />Grantor does hereby acknowledge that it has received <br />full payment of all amounts due or to become due to it under <br />paragraph 4 of the General Private Easement and, therefore, <br />Grantor and Grantee, each acting for themselves and hereby <br />binding their respective successors in interest to the <br />General Private Easement do hereby agree that the paragraph <br />numbered 4 of the General Private Easement is hereby declared <br />to be void and of no further force and effect, the specific <br />intention hereof being to delete from the General Private <br />Easement any requirement of payment to Grantor for any <br />persons claiming through Grantor when the railroad track <br />contemplated by the General Private Easement is constructed. <br />Executed and delivered on this 31-'r'day of March, 1985. <br />DULLARD REHOUSE, RAND ISLAND, <br />a ner Partner p, Grantor <br />+ B (N�/ <br />Larry Larsen, General Partner <br />GRAND"ISLAND INDUSTRIAL FOUNDA- <br />TION, a ,11.eb�a corporation <br />Br <br />icha Good, Pr ident <br />1�N. 01 DNd! <br />
