LOCKWOOD, husband and <br />wife, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of TWENTY <br />THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS ($20,000.00) received from Grantees, <br />do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto DUANE D. <br />DREIKOSEN and JoANN T. DREIKOSEN, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, <br />herein called the Grantees, the following- described real estate <br />in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Two, in Block Twenty -Two (22), in Nagy's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the <br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants, <br />conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; <br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />Dated, 4, , 1986. <br />STATEMENT ATTACHED <br />Richard B.
