<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That RGY D. FREDRICKSON and GMIIEVE B. FREDRICMM,
<br />husband and w.Lfe, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, and PHILIP
<br />B. M= and ARUNE E. BVM, husband and wife, each in his and her own right and as

<br />herein called the grantor whether one or more,
