<br />ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST- CORPORATION
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That SUPERIOR MORTGAGE,
<br />INC., ( "Assignor ") for good and valuable consideration to it in
<br />hand paid by BANKERS' FUNDING, organized under the laws of the
<br />State of California ( "Assignee "), the receipt of which considera-
<br />tion is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, and
<br />set over unto Assignee, all its right, title, and interest in and
<br />to that certain Deed of Trust executed by Sheila L. Hatch, a
<br />single person, unto Assignor, dated May 2, 1983, mortgaging the
<br />following described real property located in the County of Hall,
<br />State of Nebraska:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Eleven (11), Bonnie Brae Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 2 day of May 1983, as Document No.
<br />83- 002175, together with the note and indebtedness described in,
<br />and secured by, the instrument aforesaid.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Bankers' Funding
<br />and unto its successors and assigns forever.
