<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, W. G. Blackburn, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated
<br />November 6, 1984, executed by Park Gardens Development, Inc.,
<br />as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned, as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document #84- 005900, on November 7, 1984, conveying Lots 5,
<br />6, 7 and 8 of Park Gardens Second Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank written request to reconvey Lots 7 and 8 of Park
<br />Gardens Second Subdivision aforesaid, reciting that Five Points
<br />Bank has received payment for all sums secured by said Lots 7
<br />and 8 by such Deed of Trust had been fully paid, and that such
<br />Deed of Trust is therefore released as pertains to said Lots 7
<br />and 8 of Park Gardens Second Subdivision, and
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, W. G. Blackburn, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as such Trustee previously reconveyed
<br />Lots 5 and 6 of Park Gardens Second Subdivision aforesaid, so
<br />that the aforesaid Deed of Trust has now been satisfied in full;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request, and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by it thereunder
<br />as pertains to Lots 7 and 8 of Park Gardens Second Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and the
<br />undersigned further states that all of such Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8
<br />of Park Gardens Second Subdivision have now been reconveyed to
<br />the person or persons legally entitled thereto.
<br />IN WITNESS WHERLDF, the undersigned has executed this Deed
<br />of �Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, on April 11, 1986.
