BOON, FIRST <br />PARTY, and LORETTA E. WILKINSON and VANCE K. WILKINSON, her <br />husband, SECOND PARTIES. First Party is the owner of Lot One (1) <br />in Block Five (5) in H. G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Isalnd, Nebraska, referred to herein as TRACT I. LORETTA E. <br />WILKINSON is the owner of Lot Two (2) in said Block Five (5) and <br />herein referred to as TRACT II. <br />The garage owned by Second Parties encroaches upon Tract <br />I. as shown by a survey attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A ". <br />First Party grants to Second Party the right to continue such <br />encroachment by said garage. However, if said garage is re- <br />moved from the area encroaching upon Tract I. by destruction <br />or other means, the right of encroachment by Second Parties shall <br />thereupon terminate. until such encroachment right terminates, <br />Second Parties shall have the reasonable access to ground abutting <br />such encroachment for repair, painting or removal purposes and <br />with respect to said garage. <br />Second Parties agree to terminate their encroachment of <br />portion of their garage on said Tract I. whenever such garage`s <br />is damaged, destroyed or the portion of the same encroaching <br />is removed from said tract 1.
