Knopik, husband and wife, as Trustors, by deed of trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 5, 1983, as document number 83- 005360, convey to Jon F. Luebs, as Trustee, which Trustee was succeeded by Mary Kay Pryor by Substitution of Trustee dated - bruar„ 11 1986, and re- corded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hail County, Nebraska, on FrAhruar. 1986, as document number Dl- /m4j�$, certain real estate h einafter described, in trust, to secure the payment of the indebtedness described herein; and WHEREAS, the beneficiary of said deed of trust has re- quested the undersigned to execute the within deed of reconvey- ance.
