<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Douglas J. Knopik and Dana D. Knopik, husband and
<br />wife, hereinafter referred to as Grantors, for One Dollar
<br />($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration as more fully
<br />set forth below, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, its
<br />successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as Grantee, the
<br />following described real property in Ha)l County, Nebraska,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7) in Sunset Fourth Subdivision being a
<br />part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(N1 /2NE1 /4) of Section Eleven (11), in Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) , West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together
<br />with all the tenements and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantee and to its successors and assigns forever.
<br />And the Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantee and
<br />with Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantors are law-
<br />fully seized of said premises; that they are free from encum-
<br />brance except easements, covenants, and restrictions of record
<br />and except real estate taxes, delinquent in 1985 and future
<br />years; that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority
<br />to convey the same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend
<br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever.
<br />This deed is an absolute conveyance of title in effect as
<br />well as in form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust
<br />conveyance, or security of any kind. The consideration there-
<br />for is the full release and discharge of all debts, notes,
<br />obligations, costs and charges heretofore subsisting on account
<br />of and by the terms of a certain deed of trust executed by
<br />Douglas J. Knopik and Dana D. Knopik in the sum of $45,000.00
<br />given to Jon F. Luebs, Trustee, and Five Points Bank, benefi-
<br />ciary, and dated October 5, 1983, recorded October 5, 1983, in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as document number 83- 005360, and subsequently assigned to
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance of Authority on October 5, 1983,
<br />recorded October 17, 1983, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as document number 83- 005531,
<br />the acceptance of this deed being in full satisfaction of said
<br />indebtedness as aforesaid, and terminating said deed of trust.
