<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 86— 101611
<br />That the undersigned, the assignee of a Nebraska Deed of
<br />Trust, Security Agreement and Financing Statement, and Assignment
<br />of Leases, made as of the 2nd day of August, 1985, by American
<br />AgCredit Corporation, a Delaware corporation ( "American "), to ICI
<br />American Holdings, Inc., ( "ICI "); which assigned to the under-
<br />signed all the right, title and interest of "American" in and to
<br />the following:
<br />1. Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and
<br />Financing Statement dated the 29th day of March, 1985,
<br />covering that property described in Exhibit "A" attached
<br />hereto, from Garst Research Farms, Inc., a Nebraska cor-
<br />poration, to James R. McClymont, as Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of American, and recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 9th day of April, 1985,
<br />as Document No. 85- 001699; and
<br />2. Assignment of Leases dated the 29th day of March,
<br />1985, covering that property described in Exhibit "B"
<br />attached hereto, from Garst Research Farms, Inc., a Nebraska
<br />corporation, to American, and recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 9th day of
<br />April, 1985, as Document No. 85- 001700.
<br />which Assignment was filed of record as Document No. 85- 003891 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and the undersigned acknowledges that the above Deed of Trust,
<br />Security Agreement and Financing Statement AND Assignment of
<br />Lease are hereby released, redeemed, paid off, satisfied and
<br />discharged in full.
