ss— 101597 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />This deed, made this 1st day of April 1986 <br />between Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association, formerly Norwest Bank <br />Grand Island, National Association, Trustee; Norwest Bank Nebraska, National <br />Association, formerly Norwest Bank Grand Island, National Association, <br />Beneficiary; and <br />John T. Welch and Joyce M.
