<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall Count;, Nebraska_, wherein Nebraska
<br />investment Finance Authority, formerly- known.as Nebraska Mortgage
<br />Finance Fund, is Plaintiff, and Robert J. Russell, Jr., and
<br />Sheryle D. Russell, also known as Sheryle D. Quandt, husband and
<br />wife, et al., are Defendants, the object and Prayer of which is
<br />to obtain an accounting from the Defendants, Robert J. Russell,
<br />Jr., and Sheryle D. Russell, husband and wife, of tine amount _ due
<br />the Plaintiff on a certain Deed of Trust executed by Robert J.
<br />Russell, Jr_, and Sheryle D. Russell_ Trustors, tc L3wvers Title
<br />Insurance Corporation, Trustee, and Superior Mortgage, Inc.,
<br />Beneficiary, dated April 30, 1984, and recorded in the Office of

<br />Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, or its legal successor, Nebraska.

<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall Count;, Nebraska, on
<br />May 23, 1984, as Document No. 84- 002801, wherein Robert J.
<br />Russell, Jr., and Sheryle D Russell, husband and wife, convec_ed
<br />to Plaintiff the following described real estate in hall. Count•,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Lot Eleven (11), in Block Eleven (11 ", in College
<br />Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Crand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Deed of Trust and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Robert J. Russell, Jr_, and
<br />Sheryle D. Russell, also known as Shervle D. Quandt, husband and
<br />wife, and the real estate and appurtenances thereto. to have the
<br />real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found
<br />due together with the costs of suit, and to Foreclose the Defend-
<br />ants of all right, title interest, lien, claim. demand, and
<br />equity of redemption whatever in and to the real estate and
