86-- 101552 <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />JANE D. ABELS, a single person, and LARRY G. ABELS, a single <br />person, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of THIRTY- <br />SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($37,900.00) received from <br />Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />KEVIN D. LAHOWETZ and SHANDA L.
