I <br />103530 <br />out herein the monthly payments due and payable and paid to it as <br />escrow agent under such contract and agreement, all sums which <br />were payable to James E. Foster and Carolyn M. Foster. <br />It is further agreed by the parties herein that in the event <br />of a prepayment of the contract by the Buyer, the escrow agent <br />will notify Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A. prior to paying any pro- <br />ceeds over to James E. Foster and Carolyn M. Foster; Norwest Bank <br />Nebraska, N.A. shall have thirty (30) days from the date they re- <br />ceive notice from the escrow agent to request in writing that said <br />amount shall be paid over to Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A. to apply <br />on the remaining indebtedness. The escrow agent, upon receiving <br />timely notice from Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., shall pay over <br />enough of the escrow funds to pay off the remaining indebtedness <br />or to pay off only a part of the indebtedness as so requested by <br />Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 26th <br />day of !March 1986. <br />S E.
