86-,- 101588 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH <br />: ss. <br />COUNTY OF PLATTE ) OF JOINT TENANT <br />JAMES L. HANNA, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes <br />and says that he is the son of Thelma S. Hanna and Edward <br />Hanna; that his mother, Thelma S. Hanna, died February 22, 1986, <br />as a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that <br />a copy of her Certificate of Death is attached hereto as Ex- <br />hibit "A ". <br />Affiant is familiar with the assets held by his mother <br />and father and knows of his own knowledge that his mother left <br />no property separately owned by her, and that all property <br />subject to consideration and computation for determination of <br />Nebraska Inheritance Tax and Federal Estate Tax was property <br />owned by the Decedent in joint tenancy with Edward Hanna, her <br />surviving spouse; that the total value of such property as of <br />February 22, 1986, valued at its fair market value on that <br />date, would not equal or approach the sum of $500,000.00; that <br />Edward Hanna is entitled to an exemption in computation of <br />her Nebraska Inheritance Tax and Federal Estate Tax of the total <br />value of all such taxable property received by him by reason <br />of the death of Thelma S. Hanna or otherwise, and that there <br />is no Nebraska Inheritance Tax nor Federal Estate Tax due or <br />owing by Edward Hanna by reason of property passing to him <br />upon the death of Thelma S. Hanna on February 22, 1986. <br />Real estate owned by the parties in joint tenancy is <br />described as follows: <br />Lot Twenty -Two (22) in Block Five (5), <br />Ashton Place, an Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as surveyed, platted and recorded. <br />JAMES L.
