LIS PENDENS 101537 <br />NOTICE OF SUIT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Omaha National Bank, a <br />National Banking Association,.Successor in Interest to Commercial <br />National Bank & Trust Company, is Plaintiff and Eulen C. Whitten and M. <br />Kathleen Whitten, husband and wife; Badco Music, Inc.; Somerset Songs <br />Publishings, Inc.; E. S. P: Management, Inc.; Virgin Music, Inc.; <br />Chappel b Co., Inc.; and Hall County, Nebraska, are defendents, the <br />object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from said <br />defendants of the amount due Plaintiff on the mortgage dated the 2nd <br />day of January, 1980, and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, <br />Hall County, Nebraska on the 2nd day of January, 1980, as document <br />80- 000011 and rerecorded on the 3rd day of September, 1981 as <br />document # 81- 004531, wherein Eulen C. Whitten and M.
