STEPHENS, his <br />spouse, each in his and her own right, residing in Hall County, <br />State of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor ", in <br />consideration of all Mortgagor's indebtedness, liabilities and <br />obligations to FRANK E.
