r- 101458 <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that on the 26th day of March, <br />1986, the Plaintiff, Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, <br />formerly The Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, filled its Petition <br />and action in the District Court of :call Count.-, Nebraska <br />against Terry E. Schleicher and Judy -M. Schleicher, husband <br />and wife, et al., Defendants, the object and prayer of which <br />is to forecl:,se a certain Real Estate Mortqaqe of $35,150 upon <br />the foilowinq described real estate: <br />The Southerly- Fortv Four (44) Feet of Lot Five (5) <br />and the Southerly Forty Four (44) Feet Of the <br />Westerly :'i'ty Four (54) Feet of Lot Six (6) in <br />Block Ninety Three (93), Original Town, now City <br />of Grand Island, :fall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Mortgage given by the Defendants, Terry E. Schleicher <br />and Judy M.
