<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
<br />(TESTATE ESTATE)
<br />THIS DEED is made by Arlene G. Holly, Personal Representa-
<br />tive of the Estate of Theodor C. Christensen, Deceased, Grantor,
<br />to Arlene G. Holly, Cheryl Burry Miller and Jerry Burry.
<br />WHEREAS, the Last Will of Theodor C. Christensen,
<br />Deceased, was duly admitted to probate in the County Court of
<br />Douglas County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representa-
<br />tive of said estate and is now qualified' and acting in said
<br />capacity; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Grantees are determined to be the persons
<br />entitled to distribution of the hereinafter - described real prop-
<br />erty, and Grantor is authorized to distribute the same to
<br />Grantees;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor does convey, assign, transfer and
<br />release to Grantees the following described real property:
<br />To Arlene G. Holly: An undivided one- fourth interest in
<br />and to the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 12 North,
<br />Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />To Cheryl Burry Miller: An undivided one - eighth interest
<br />in and to the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 12 North,
<br />Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall Countv, Nebraska; and
<br />To Jerry Burry: An undivided one- eighth interest in and
<br />to the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 12 North, Range
<br />11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The above described real property is hereby conveyed to
<br />the said Grantees in the proportions described, subject to an
<br />estate for life devised to Anna Christensen, the spouse of the
<br />decedent, by the Will of Theodor C. Christensen, deceased, late
<br />of the County of Douglas, State of Nebraska, which said Will was
<br />proven and allowed by the Probate Court of the County of Douglas,
<br />State of Nebraska, on the 3 day of -��, 1985, and is of
<br />record in said Court, together with all ten ents, hereditaments
<br />and appurtenances thereto belonging, but sub ect to easements and
<br />restrictions of record.
