r <br />L <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE - 101434 <br />This deed, made this 24th day of March , 19 86 , <br />between Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association, Trustee; Norwest <br />Bank Nebraska, National Association, Beneficiary; and Phillip J. <br />Schimonitz and Teri S. Schimonitz, Husband and Wife p Trustors, <br />Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order to secure <br />to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust <br />Deed, which was filed on September 30, 19d2 , recorded in the <br />office of the Clerk of the County of Hall , and identified as document <br />number 82- 004250 , convey to Trustee, his successors or assigns, <br />a certain parcel of real estate described in the said deed as follows, to -wit: <br />The North Sev -_z; Feet (71) of Lot Five (5) and the South Fifty -one <br />Feet (51') of Lot Three (3), in Block Twenty -two (22), in Scharff's <br />Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to -the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebrasak. <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary <br />has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Trust Deed to Trustee in <br />the said property hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said <br />Trustor(s). <br />Therefore, the undersigned, Trustee, does hereby release, convey and <br />quit claim unto said Trustor(s) all right, title, interest, claim and demand <br />whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the above - described Trust Deed, <br />together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or apper- <br />taining. <br />Norwest Bank Nebraska;.N A'., <br />Trust.e� <br />By: e L.
