<br />Hawthorne Place said Hawthorne Place being a Sub division of a part of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW-,) of Section Twenty Two (22), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6th P..M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having sold said land to the
<br />Grantee for a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration, in addition to
<br />that above recited, being full satisfaction of all obligations secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust executed by Melvin L. Schafer and Margaret E. Schafer to Superior Mortgage,
<br />Inc., recorded as Document No. 81- 000911, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and the Note secured thereby, which Deed of Trust was assigned
<br />to The Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund on February 21, 1981, and recorded on March 16,
<br />1981, as Document No. 81- 001243. Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and
<br />fairly made, and there are no agreements, oral or written, or other than this Deed
<br />between Grantors and Grantee with respect to said land.
<br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantee that Grantor:

<br />j (1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances
<br />except easements, covenants, and restrictions of record;

<br />( 2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
