ORDINANCE NO. 7293 <br />86-- 101265 <br />An ordinance to vacate a portion of an existing easement in <br />Vine hill Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, °Nebraska; to <br />provide for filing of the ordinance with the Mali County Register <br />of Deeds; and to provide the effective date of this ordinance. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OR THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. That a portion of an existing easement described <br />as the westerly fifteen (IS) feet of the southerly seventy (70) <br />feet of Lot Nine (9). Block One (1) of the Subdivision of Block <br />One, Vine Hill Subdivision, as shown on the drawing -narked <br />Exhibit 'A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br />be, and hereby is, vacated. <br />SECTION 2. That this ordinance is directed to be filed in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 3.
