Nebraska <br />on the following terms and conditions; <br />1. TEN.. The Term -of this lease shall be from March 1. 1986. to February 28. 1987, <br />and TENANT agrees to promptly yield up possession of the said premises, at the expira- <br />tion of the said term. without notice. in as good n repair as.the premises now are. <br />ordinary wear and loss by fire excepted. <br />yy 2. RENT. PERSONAL PROPERTY INCLUDED: The Lease of the real property described above <br />shall include any improvesents located upon the said real property premises, including <br />irrigation wells, pumps and power units. Repairs to the power units shall be the <br />obligation of the TENANT.
