WARRANTY DEED <br />8s-- 1oi17o <br />Elvin R. Denman and Cariine A. Denman, husband and <br />wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of <br />TWENTY -FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND N01100 ($25,000.00) receipt <br />of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to Design Flite, Inc., <br />a Kansas Corporation, Grantee, the following described real estate <br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
