86, 161166 TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by E. LAVERNE SHEHEIN and DONNA RAE SHEHEIN, to AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, the beneficiary named therein, dated October 8, 1985, and recorded November 13, 1985, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document Number 85- 005634, has been paid, and said be has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accord- ance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to such premises: Lot One (1) on Mainland in Section Eleven (11); Lots One (1) and Two (2) on Mainland in Section Fourteen (14), all in Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, it being the intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land described R remain as heretofore. g.
