AP 101131 RELEASE OF PART OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that EQUITABLE BUILDING & LOAN ASSOCIATION of Grand island., Nebraska, for valuable consideration to it, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby release the certain public utility easement in Bernhard Voss First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as the westerly four (4) of Lot 8 of Bernard Voss First Subdivision, from the mortgage given thereon, together with other property, by TERRY J. FLAKUS and MARY V. FLAKUS, husband and wife, which mortgage is recorded as Document 79- 004466 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska. And in consideration of said payment, they do hereby release unto said TERRY J. FLAKUS and MARY V. FLAKUS, their successors and assigns forever, all and singular, the public utility easement as described in Exhibit "1" attached hereto; but it is expressly stipulated, agreed, and understood that said mortgage is and shall be in full force, virtue, and effect as against all the real estate described therein subject to the easement hereinbefore described.
