as- 101127 <br />RELEASE OF PART OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that EQUITABLE BUILDING & <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION of Grand Island, Nebraska, for valuable <br />consideration to it, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby release the certain public utility <br />easement in Bernhard Voss First Subdivision in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as the <br />easterly four (4) of Lot 14 of Bernard Voss First S>bdivision, <br />from the mortgage given thereon, together with other property, by <br />GARY G. PARKER and DOROTHY L. PARKER, husband and wife, which <br />mortgage is recorded in Book 144 at Page 441 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />And in consideration of said payment, they do hereby <br />release unto said GARY G. PARKER and DOROTHY L.
