MEDINGER, husband and wife, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of Fifty Dollars and no cents (S50.00) ----------------------------------------- - - - --- receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove storm sewers, manholes, and other appurtenances, upon, over, in, and through the easterly four (4) feet of Lot 15 of Bernhard Voss First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, as shown on the plat dated 12;11;65 marked Exhibit "A" attached ereto and incorporated herein by reference; together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, over, and across such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, and brush from the surface of such tract. Any such utilities and appurtenances placed upon, over, and under such tract of land shall remain the property of the Grantee and :nay be removed or replaced at any tine. Any sidewalk or driveway damaged or removed by Grantee in the exercise of the rights granted by this easement shall be replaced by Grantee at Grantee's expense.
