8b- 1U11Av <br />PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT <br />HOWARD L. MEDING£R and BARBARA F. MEDINGER, husband and wife, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of Fifty Dollars <br />and no cents (S50.00) ----------------------------------------- - - - --- <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey <br />unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a municipal corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called <br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way <br />to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and <br />remove storm sewers, manholes, and other appurtenances, upon, <br />over, in, and through the easterly four (4) feet of Lot 15 of <br />Bernhard Voss First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, as <br />shown on the plat dated 12;11;65 marked Exhibit "A" attached <br />ereto and incorporated herein by reference; together with the <br />following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, <br />over, and across such land for the purpose of exercising the <br />rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, <br />and brush from the surface of such tract. Any such utilities and <br />appurtenances placed upon, over, and under such tract of land <br />shall remain the property of the Grantee and :nay be removed or <br />replaced at any tine. <br />Any sidewalk or driveway damaged or removed by Grantee in <br />the exercise of the rights granted by this easement shall be <br />replaced by Grantee at Grantee's expense. <br />
