Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County_, Nebraska, more particularly described as the South eight. (8) feet of Lot Seven (7) of Ross First Subdivision, said tract. containing 548 square feet (0-013 acre ;) ., more or less, from the mortgage given thereon, together with other property, by Francis W. Schoneberg and Donna R.. Schoneberg, husband and wife, which mortgage is recorded as Document 84- 001969 in the office of the :Register of Deeds in :Hall County, Nebraska. And in consideration of said payment, they do hereby release unto said Francis W.
