NOTICE OF AGREEMENT 86— 101079 <br />FOR PURCHASE AND SALE OF RF¢L ESTATE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Agreement for Purchase and Sale <br />of Real Estate dated January 8, 1986, CONSOLIDATED BLENDERS, INC., a Nebraska <br />corporation, has agreed to sell to REVA L. HEADLEY the following described real <br />estate under contract with final payment due December 1, 1987: <br />The Southeast Quarter (SE'S) of Section Six (6), Township Ten (10) <br />North, Mange Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />EXCEPT a tract of land described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter (SEAS); <br />thence running northerly along the west line of said Southeast Quarter <br />(SE&S) a distance of two thousand six hundred forty -four and ninety -six <br />hundredths (2,644.96) feet to the northwest corner of said Southeast <br />Quarter (SEAS); thence running easterly along the north line-of said <br />Southeast Quarter (SE3%) a distance of one hundred sixty (160.0) feet; <br />thence deflecting right 1.51 °06' and running southwesterly a distance <br />of ninety -six and forty -two hundredths (96.42) feet; thence deflecting <br />left 60 °12' and running southerly a distance of three hundred forty - <br />three and nine - tenths (343.9) feet; thence deflecting left 56 °12' and <br />running southeasterly a distance of one hundred seventy -three and <br />fourteen hundredths (173.14) feet; thence deflecting right 55 °33' and <br />running southerly a distance of two thousand one hundred fifty -six and <br />eighty -one hundredths (2,156.81) feet to a point on the south line of <br />said Southeast Quarter (SE'S); thence running westerly along the south <br />line of said Southeast Quarter (SE14) a distance of two hundred twenty- <br />seven and ninety -five hundredths (227.95) feet to the point of <br />beginning and containing 12.06 acres, more or less; <br />DATED this 3rd day of March, 1986. <br />�as.rr< <br />CONSOLIDATED BLENDERS, INC. <br />lice <br />Chairman of the Board ot Directors <br />eva L.
