<br />of Omaha, a Corporation, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, against the above -named Defendants, the object and
<br />prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following- described
<br />real estate:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (S&L) of Section Four (4), in Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, except that part thereof conveyed to Lloyd
<br />Yager, Jr. and Virginia M. Yager, by Teed recorded in Book
<br />IOU, Page 188, and except public road right-of-way;

<br />All of Section Twenty -Six (26); all of Section Thirtl-Five
<br />(33); and the Soul1west Quarter (SWi) of Section Thirty -Six

<br />given by Defendants Wayne C. Rieflin and Doris M. Rieflin, and Duane Rieflin
<br />and Vada M_ Rieflin, which Mortgage was recorded on October 29, 1981 in the
<br />Register of heeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 81- 005+80, and
<br />was duly recorded and filed for record on October 28, 1981 in the Register
<br />of Deeds Office of Greeley County, Nebraska, in Book 79, Page 331, of the
<br />Mort*age Records. The Plaintiff claims Mortgagors Wayne C. Rieflin and Doris
<br />M. Rieflin, and Duane Rieflin and Vada M. Rieflin, owe $737,467.14, with inter-
<br />est accruing at the rate of $312.40 per day from January 24, 1986.
