WARRANTY DEED 86-101054 <br />ROBERT S. PROFFITT AND THAIS ANN PROFFITT, husband and <br />wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the <br />other, herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration <br />of the sum of SEVENTY THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS ($70,000.00), <br />received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto MARK A. McCUE and SUSAN D. McCUE, husband and <br />wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, the <br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot Four (4), Coach Place Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurte- <br />nances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantees and to <br />Grantees' heirs and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant <br />with the said Grantees and with Grantees' heirs and assigns, <br />that we are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are <br />free from encumbrance, except easements of record, and sub- <br />ject to existing mortgage in favor of Equitable Building and <br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, which mortgage <br />Grantees assume and agree to pay; and that we have good <br />right and lawful authority to sell the same; and we hereby <br />covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
