Beginning <br />at the Southeast corner of said Lot Six (6), thence <br />running West along the South line of Lot 6 a distance <br />of Three Hundred Sixty Three and Five Tenths (363.5) <br />Feet; thence running North at right angles to the South <br />line of Lot Six (6) a distance of Two Hundred Eighty <br />Seven (287) feet; thence running East parallel to the <br />South line of Lot Six (6) a distance of Three Hundred <br />Sixty Two and Five Tenths (362.0 Feet to a point on <br />the East line of Lot Six (6); thence running East along <br />the East line of Lot Six (6) a distance of Two Hundred <br />Eighty Seven (287) Feet to the point of beginning. <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained <br />from Superior Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary of said Trust Deed, <br />which Trust Deed was recorded on the 7 day of March 1984, in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document No 84- 001201. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to <br />Federal National Mortgage Association on the 2 day of March 1984, <br />and said Assignment of Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 23 day <br />of March 1984, as Document No. 84- 001532. A Substitution of <br />Trustee naming John R. Brownell, as Trustee, was executed on <br />January 29, 1986, and filed in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 4, 1986, as ,Document <br />No. Qb- 10,C_'d. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of <br />an obligation of the Trustors for which the trust property was <br />conveyed as security, to -wit: That the TruSLors have failed to <br />pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on <br />September 1, 1985, through this date, together with interest <br />accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to <br />declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with <br />interest thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to sell <br />or cause to be sold the real property described in said Trust <br />Deed to satisfy said obligation. <br />DATED this 4 day of March 1986. <br />- <br />John R.
