86-101006 <br />RELEASE AND REASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS <br />IN A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE CONTRACT <br />In consideration of the payment of the debt named therein; Asset <br />Recovery Co. hereby reassigns and conveys to Ronald H. Spiehs and Jean <br />Ann Spiehs of Alda, Nebraska 68810 all right, title and interest in a <br />Contract to Purchase Real Estate dated March 7, 1974, by and between <br />Francis S. Schepers and Teresa A. Schepers, Sellers, and Ronald H. <br />Spiehs and Jean Ann Spiehs, Purchasers, concerning the following <br />described real estate: <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1 /4 NE1 /4) and <br />the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1 /2 NE1 /4) of Section 2, <br />Township 10 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Said Real Estate Purchase Contract was assigned to Commerical <br />National Bank & Trust Co. by an Assignment of Real Estate Purchase <br />Agreement Contract dated June 2, 1982, excecuted by Ronald H. Spiehs <br />and Jean Ann Spiehs, and recorded June 7, 1982, as Document No. <br />82- 002240, in the records of Hall County, Nebraska. All right, title <br />and interest in and to this Real Estate Purchase Contract subsequently <br />were assigned by Commercial National Bank & Trust Co. to Asset Recovery <br />Co., P. 0. Box 1399, Omaha, Nebraska, by an Assignment of Contract <br />Rights dated April 3, 1985, and recorded as Doc.
