REZAC, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as tenants in <br />common, GRANTORS, in consideration of Seventy Two Thousand Three <br />Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($72,375.00) received from Pegler- <br />Sysco Food Services Company, a Nebraska corporation, GRANTEE, <br />conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev.
