<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Homestead
<br />Savings, a Federal Savings and Loan, is Plaintiff, and Richard M.
<br />Bacon and Rada J. Bacon, husband and wife, et al., are Defend-
<br />ants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting
<br />from the Defendants, Richard M. Bacon and Rada J. Bacon, husband
<br />and wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain Deed of
<br />Trust executed by Richard M. Bacon and Rada J. Bacon, Husband and
<br />Wife, to Superior Mortgage, Inc., dated July 15, 1983, and
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hail County,
<br />Nebraska, on July 15, 1983, as Document No. 83- 003757, which Deed
<br />of Trust was assigned by Superior Mortgage, Inc., to Norwest
<br />Mortgage, Inc., on July 15, 1983, and recorded in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.
<br />83- 004469 on August 23, 1983, and which Deed of Trust was subse-
<br />quently assigned by Norwest Mortgage, Inc., to Homestead
<br />Savings, a Federal Savings and Loan on September 25, 1984, and
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 84- 005322, on October 9, 1984, wherein
<br />Richard M. Bacon and Rada J. Bacon, Husband and Wife, conveyed to
<br />Plaintiff the following described real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Lot Three (3), Western Heights Third Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Deed of Trust and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Richard M. Bacon and Rada J.
<br />Bacon, and the real estate and appurtenances thereto, to have the
<br />real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found
<br />due together with the costs of suit, and to foreclose the Defend-
<br />ants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand, and
<br />equity of redemption whatever in and to the real estate and
<br />appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further
<br />relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
