NOTICE OF LIS PUDEKS -5- 100792 <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that on } / r" <br />1966, the <br />Federal Land Bank of Omaha, a corporation, as Plaintiff, filed its Petition <br />and act #.on in the District Court of Fall Cou.nt3, .Nebraska, against Jerry R. <br />Dibbern and 'Verna r Dibbern, Husband and Wife, Agristor Credit Corporation, <br />and Hall County, Nebraska, a body corporate and politic, the object and prayer <br />of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following described <br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Thirty -five (35), <br />Township Eleven (11) worth, Range Twelve (12), West of the <br />6th P.M., <br />given by the Defendants., Jerry R. Dibbern and Verna F. Dibbern, Husband and <br />Wife, on August 24, 1979, to the Plaintiff, The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, a <br />corporation, and that said mortgage was duly filed for record in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 13, 1_980, and was <br />duly recorded as Document No. 80-0051197 of the real estate mortgage records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said note and mortgage the <br />sum of $615,773.05 as of May 15, 1984, together with default interest as <br />provided for in said note thereon from and after said date and $30.00 abstract <br />fees, and for additional costs and other advances required for insurance <br />premiums, taxes and other costs necessary to protect the real estate security <br />during these proceedings and praying for the sale of the real estate above <br />I <br />J <br />
