ss-- 100770; <br />PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT <br />HALL COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY. a public body corporate, <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, <br />herein called the Grantor, in consideration of <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and <br />conveys unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a municipal corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called <br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way <br />to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and <br />remove storm sewers, manholes, and other appurtenances, upon, <br />over, in, and through the westerly twenty (20) feet of Block One <br />(1), Golden Age Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebaska, <br />as shown on the plat dated 1/14/86 marked Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference; together with the <br />following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, <br />over, and across such land for the puroose of exercising the <br />rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, <br />brush, and other obstructions from the surface of such tract. <br />Any such utilities and appurtenances olaced upon, over, and under <br />such tract of land shall remain the property of the Grantee and <br />may be removed or replaced at any time. <br />After completion of the construction of said storm drainage <br />line, the Grantee shall cause the surface of the ground in the <br />easement area to be restored as nearly as possible to the <br />Li <br />
