Badami, Trustee, in accordance with the procedure <br />set forth in a certain Deed of Trust and promissory note dated <br />5 August 26, 1983, wherein David D. Mennenga and Janice R. Mennenga, <br />6 are designated as Trustors - Borrowers, JOSEPH H. BADAMI is designated <br />as Trustee, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />7 LINCOLN, a United States corporation, is designated as Beneficiary- <br />8 Lender. Said Deed of Trust was £ile6 for record in the Register <br />of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 29, 1983, <br />9 <br />in Document i1o. 83- 004550. Said Deed of Trust grants to Joseph <br />10 H. Badami, Trustee, the power of sale over the following described <br />11 property: <br />12 The East Half (E1 /2) of the North Ninety-one <br />13 (N91) feet of the West Half of the North <br />Half (WI /2N1/2) of Block Eleven (11), <br />14 <br />Pleasant Home Subdivision of part of the <br />15 East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E1 /2SE1 /4) <br />16 <br />of Section 21, Township 11 North, Range 9 <br />West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />17 Nebraska. <br />i8 Further Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, states that the said <br />19 Trustors - Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed. of <br />20 Trust and accompany promissory note by failing to pay the monthly <br />21 installments of principal and interest of $385.00 for the months <br />of September, October, November and December, 1985 and January <br />22 and February, 1986, as agreed upon in said promissory note.
