<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Hall County Housing
<br />Asthority, of Hall County, Nebraska, a public =body corporate, organized and
<br />existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, Sec. 19 -1001 to 19 -1022, R. S.
<br />'; 1943, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ( ;1. 00) paid by the City
<br />of Grand Island, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of
<br />F Nebraska, does hereby sell and convey unto the said, City of Grand Island, the i
<br />following described premises, to -wit: 4
<br />A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the No1*ezet Quarter
<br />(SE 1 /4NE 1/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Townshi,. _�teven (11)North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, t
<br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />',Beginning at a point on a south prolongation of the west line of
<br />Boggs Avenue in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, sixteen (16)
<br />feet south of the southeast corner of Block fifteen (15) in Bogg's
<br />add Hill's Addition an addition to said City; thence continuing south
<br />on .the prolongation of the west line of said Boggs Avenue for a
<br />distance of Forty. (40) feet; thence running west on a line parallel
<br />to the south line of said Block Fifteen (15) for a distance of thirty
<br />(30) feet; thence running north on a line parallel to the west prolong-
<br />ation of said Boggs Avenue for a distance of Forty (40) feet; thence
<br />running east on a line parallel to the south line of said Block Fifteen
<br />(15) for a distance of Thirty (30) feet to the point of beginning, con-
<br />taining . 028 acres more or less,
<br />together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, and Hall County Housing
<br />Authority hereby covenants that said premises are free and clear from all liens
<br />and encumbrances and agrees to warranty and defend said premises against any
<br />acts of said Hall County Housing Authority; SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the express
<br />condition that said premises shall be used for an electrical sub - station site and
<br />such other purposes as may be normally related to the operation of a public utility
<br />system, such condition shall run with the land and be binding upon the grantee and
<br />its assigns, and in the event of the breach of said condition, the title herein conveyed
<br />shall lapse and the premises shall become forfeited and revert to the Hall County
<br />Housing Authority.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Hall County Housing Authority, being duly
<br />authorized by resolution of its Board of Commissioners, has caused this deed to be
<br />signed by its Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and attested by its Secretary,
<br />and the seal of said Hall County Housing Authority to be hereto affixed, and said
<br />deed to,be_ executed, acknowledged and delivered in its name and behalf by its Chair-
