s <br />-� 100740 <br />DEED <br />ry <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Hall County Housing <br />Asthority, of Hall County, Nebraska, a public =body corporate, organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, Sec. 19 -1001 to 19 -1022, R. S. <br />'; 1943, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ( ;1. 00) paid by the City <br />of Grand Island, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of <br />F Nebraska, does hereby sell and convey unto the said, City of Grand Island, the i <br />following described premises, to -wit: 4 <br />A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the No1*ezet Quarter <br />(SE 1 /4NE 1/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Townshi,. _�teven (11)North, <br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, t <br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br />',Beginning at a point on a south prolongation of the west line of <br />Boggs Avenue in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, sixteen (16) <br />feet south of the southeast corner of Block fifteen (15) in Bogg's <br />add Hill's Addition an addition to said City; thence continuing south <br />on .the prolongation of the west line of said Boggs Avenue for a <br />distance of Forty.
