<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey
<br />unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called
<br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way
<br />to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and
<br />remove sanitary sewers, manholes, and other appurtenances, upon,
<br />over, in, and throe gh the southerly (8) feet of Lots 15 through
<br />19 of Ross First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, ?call
<br />County, 'Nebraska, said tract containing 2,740 square feet (0.963
<br />acre), -Wore or less, as shown on the plat dated 10/30i84, -narked
<br />Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
<br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress
<br />and egress under, over, and across such land for the purpose of
<br />exercising the rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of
<br />trees, roots, brush, and other obstructions from t.*ie surface of
<br />such tract. Any such utilities and appurtenances placed upon,
<br />over, and under such tract of land shall re-nain the Dronerty of
<br />the Grantee and -nay be removed or replaced at any tine.
<br />The Grantors, for themselves, their heirs, executors,
<br />administrators, successors and assigns, hereby covenant that no
<br />buildings, fences, or structures shall be erected or oer-nitted on
