100660 OF LIS PENDENS NOTICE is hereby given- that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Universal Mortgage Corporation of Wisconsin, is Plaintiff, and Daniel Gonzales and Cordy Gonzales, husband and wife, et al., are Defendants, the object and prager of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defendants, Daniel Gonzales and Cordy Gonzales, husband and wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain Mortgage executed by Daniel Gonzales and Cordy Gonzales to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of dated May 31, 1983, and filed in the office of the Reg_ of Deeds Of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83- 002701 of the Real Estate Records of said County, on May 31, 1983, and assigned to Universal Mortgage Corporation of Wisconsin, on June 6, 1983, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83- 003926 of the Real Estate Mortgage Records of said county on June 29, 1983, wherein Daniel Gonzales and Cordy Gonzales mortgaged and conveyed to Plaintiff, the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot Six (6), in Block Two (2) in Hann's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, except the Southerly 8 feet of the Easterly 60 feet of Lot Six (6), in Block Two (2) in Hann's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to obtain a foreclosure of the mortgage and to have the same declared a lien on the interest of Daniel Gonzales and urtenances Gonzales, husband and wife, and the real estate and app thereto; to have the real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due together with costs Of suit and to fore- close the d equity Defendants twhatever intandsto thenrealaim, demand, and equity estate and appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
