r 11 STATE OF NEBRASKA COUNTY OF HALL 86- 100$03 A F F I D A V I T I, Charles B. Beer, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and says: 1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is now a partner in the firm of Rockwell -Beer, Engineering & Surveying, Grand. Island, Nebraska. 2. Affiant further states that on May 11, 1973, he completed a land survey comprising a part of the £'k SE% of Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. in Mail County, Nebraska, said tract containing 3.479 acres more or less. 3. Affiant further states that be has this date re- examined the plat of said survey, and has discovered an error which affects the north and east boundaries of said survey. 4. Affiant further states that the angles and distances affected by this error should be as shown on the sketch attached to this affidavit in lieu of those shown on the original plat_ 5. Affiant further states that the Legal Description on said original survey plat is erroneous, null and void, and should be replaced by the following legal description: A tract of land comprising a part of the E� SEA of Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of said Section Seven (7), said point being One Thousand Seven Hundred Three and Seven Tenths (1,703.7) feet south of the northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter (SEA); thence southerly along the east line of said Section Seven (7), a distance of Fifty Five and One Tenth (55.1) feet; thence deflecting right 900 00' and running westerly parallel to the south line of Lot Two (2), Babel Subdivision, a distance of One Thousand Thirty Six and Five Tenths (1,036.5) feet; thence deflecting right 900 00' and running northerly, a distance of One Hundred Fifty (150.0) feet to the southwest corner of said Lot Two (2); thence easterly along the southerly line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of '.dine Hundred Eighty Seven and Forty Nine Hundredths (987.499 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot Two (2); thence deflecting right 80 24' 04" and running southeasterly along, the highway right - of-way line, a distance of Ninet� Six and Twenty Four Hundredths (96.24) feet; thence deflecting left 80 24' 04" and running easterly, a distance of Thirty Three (33.0) feet to the place of beginning and containing 3.480 acres more or less.
