WEBB, a single person, the undersigned, in <br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other <br />valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is <br />hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these presents does sell, <br />assign, transfer and convey unto BETTY M. TINER, TRUSTEE, a <br />certain Purchase Money Real Estate Mortgage dated Jane 1, <br />1980, and executed by JOHN R. MILLER and MARLYN J. MILLER, <br />husband and wife, in favor of EVA F. WEBB, and conveying the <br />following described real property: <br />The westerly one -third (1/3) of Lot Three (3) and the <br />easterly one -third (1/3) of Lot Four (4), All in Block <br />Sixty -Three (63), in the Original Town, now Citv, of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />which Mortgage was recorded in the records of said County as <br />Document No. 80- 006946, together with the Notes or obligations <br />therein described, without recourse in any event or for any costs. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Assignee, her <br />successors or assigns, subject only to the provisions in said <br />Mortgage contained. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has subscribed her <br />name this 29th day of January, 1986. <br />Eva F.
