<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, Trustee
<br />under a certain Deed of Trust, dated January 11, 1984, wherein
<br />NEIL A. BURR and PAMELA D. BURR, husband and wife, were the
<br />Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 31, 1984, as
<br />Document No. 84- 000521, and contains as the trust property, the
<br />following- described real estate:
<br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Fourteen (14),
<br />Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets,
<br />alleys, passageways, easements, rights, privileges and appurte-
<br />nances located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto, and the
<br />rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof,
<br />including all such personal property that is attached to the
<br />improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of which, includ-
<br />ing replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be
<br />a part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being
<br />agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to
<br />as the "Property
<br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason
<br />that the said Trustor has failed to make the payments of prin-
<br />cipal and interest due in respect to the Adjustable Rate Note
<br />secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects
<br />to sell or cause to be sold the above real estate to satisfy the
<br />obligations of that certain Adjustable Rate Note dated January 11.
<br />1984, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, Home Federal
<br />ursuant
<br />Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, p
<br />to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures
<br />this obligation.
