<br />NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
<br />FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
<br />CHRIS A. JOHNSON, owner of an undivided one- fourth
<br />interest, ELIZABETH A. JELLISON, owner of an undivided one -
<br />fourth interest, and CALVIN R. JOHNSON, BONNIE JEAN VAN SKIVER
<br />and JOHN I. VAN SKIVER, Co- Trustees of the Trust for the
<br />Children of BONNIE JEAN JOHNSON VAN SKIVER, owners of the
<br />other undivided one -half interest in and to the following -
<br />described real property, as Sellers, and LARRY D. COOK and
<br />JANET K. COOK, husband and wife, Purchasers of the following -
<br />described real property, hereby give notice that the Contract
<br />for Installment Sale of Real Estate referred to in the Notice
<br />of Sale of Real Estate filed as Document No. 79- 001334 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, a
<br />Notice of extension of which Contract for Sale of Real Estate
<br />was filed as Document No. 84- 002231 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been termi-
<br />nated bv_ mutual consent of the parties hereto and is of no
<br />further force and effect. The legal description for the real
<br />property involved is as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising part of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE4NE4) of
<br />Section Twenty -One (21), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly
<br />line of Elm Street with the Southerly line of
<br />Anna Street; thence running Southwesterly alonga
<br />the Southerly line of Anna Street a distance of
<br />two hundred seventy -four (274) feet to the East
<br />line of Cleburn Street as condemned by City
<br />Ordinance No. 1591, date February 2, 1936; thence
<br />running Southeasterly along the Easterly line of
<br />Cleburn Street a distance of one hundred forty
<br />(140) feet; thence running Northeasterly parallel
<br />to the Southerly line of Anna Street a distance
<br />of two hundred seventy -four (274) feet to a point
<br />on the Westerly line of Elm Street; thence running
<br />Northwesterly along the Westerly line of Elm Street
<br />a distance of one hundred forty (140) feet to the
<br />point of beginning, and
<br />All of Lots six (6), seven (7), eight (8), nine (9)
<br />and ten (10) in Block Two (2) in South Park Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State
<br />of Nebraska, less and except that part of Lot Ten
<br />(10) conveyed to William Frank by Quit Claim Deed
<br />dated April 12, 1912, from CB &Q Railroad Co.; sub -
<br />ject to and reserving, however, unto Chicago,
<br />Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company, its tenants,
<br />licensees, permitees, grantees, successors and assigns
<br />perpetual right, license, privilege and easement to
<br />reconstruct, maintain, operate, renew, repair and use
<br />a standard gauge railroad track or tracks on, over and
<br />across that part of said Block Two (2) in South Park
<br />Addition lying ten (10) feet normally distance on
<br />either side of the center line of existing CB &Q
<br />Railroad Co. tracks numbered 26 and 5, and appurtenant
<br />-
<br />drainage facilities thereto.
<br />The undersigned parties further state that the Escrow Agree -
<br />ment between the parties hereto and Norwest Bank Nebraska, NA,
<br />at Hastings, Nebraska, (formerly First National Bank of Hastings
<br />at Hastings, Nebraska) has been terminated and all documents
<br />L deposited with said Escrow Agent have been delivered to the
<br />undersigned owners for cancellation.
