NOTICE OF DEFAULT TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 85-- 1004138 WHEREAS, Kirk G. Arnold and Manila D. Arnold, Trustor, on the 14th day of July, 1983, made, executed and delivered to American Charter Federal Savings and Loan Association, Trustee, a Deed of Trust conveying the following real estate: Lot Five (5), in Block One Hundred and Thirty -Eight (138) of Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was given as security for the payment of a Home Access Note made by the Trustor on the same date to American Charter Federal Savings and Loan Association, a corporation, Beneficiary, and the Deed of Trust was recorded on the 15th day of July, 1983, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 83- 003749 and, WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation of the Trustor for which the Deed of Trust was made has occurred by failure of the Trustor to make payments due on September 1, 1985, October l,985, November 1, 1985, December 1, 1985, and January 1, 1986, under the terms of the Home Access Note given to the Beneficiary by the Trustor; THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary, has elected to consider all of the Principal and Interest due in consequence of this default and has elected to sell the real estate described in the Trust Deed to satisfy this obligation. _Q Dated thiw day of January, 1986.
